Our Fur Kids
We started our fur kid family, at the same time as our human family. As with many parents, we find our fur kids more interesting to talk about. We have had quite the pack! Maria was our first. She was a stray Cairn Terrier. She set us up for a long line of Puppy and Kitten People to roam in and out of our lives. Noelia was next, and only with us for a short while. She was a huge Russian Blue, that we actually acquired at a yard sale! We were given orders to Japan, so Noelia went to live with friends. Sadly, we ended up in San Diego, with only Maria. Sandy entered our lives in April of 2001. We only THOUGHT we were prepared for life as dog owners! Sandy was a Coydog, half coyote and half Golden Retriever. living with her brought out everything dog people we didn't know we had in us! After Sandy, and when Maria went to the Rainbow Bridge, Sabrina joined our family. Sabrina was a 6 week old puppy, that we adopted from the San Diego Animal Shelter.
